1. Who we are
This Privacy Notice explains how NexPipo Academy Sdn Bhd (1618644-X), part of Job Majestic, collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide through our enquiry and enrolment forms, including your name, contact details, company details, job title, IC or passport number, dietary requirements, funding method, and, where applicable, proof of payment and HRDF claim information.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used to respond to enquiries, process training enrolments, administer HRDF grant claims, issue invoices, and communicate programme logistics and updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Disclosure
Where you enrol under an HRD Corp claim, relevant details are shared with HRD Corp solely for grant submission and processing. Payment details are processed by our appointed banking partner. Access within NexPipo is limited to authorised personnel.
5. Data retention and security
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent for the processing of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to process your enrolment or claim.

By submitting our forms and ticking the PDPA consent box, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Privacy Notice and consent to the processing of your personal data as described.
